Coaching at Sawtell FC
Here at Sawtell FC we're keen to support our coaches, and make sure they feel that support. Rachael Orberleuter is our Junior Coaching Co-ordinator this season. She is one of the highest qualified coaches on the North Coast -holding a C license, and has been widely recognised for her coaching abilities. Rachael will be solely focusing on coach development and support.
We also have coaching co-ordinators for Mini-Roos, Junior Non-Competitive, and Junior Competitive teams. Their role is to support coaches and be a point contact for coaches that have questions or issues about your team/ coaching. Co-ordinators can liaise with Rachael, or coaches are welcome to go directly to her also.
Sawtell FC pay for coaching courses for all our coaches- and we'd love to support you however far you'd like to take your coaching career.
